Speaker Bios

Ken Mayo Bio

Ken Mayo has many years of experience in local, state and national political campaigns, non-profit 501c3 and 501c4 organizations.

Over the last few years Ken has worked to launch two technology apps for campaigns and elections, the most recent being Video Squirrel (VS), formerly known as Zipline Live. VS was built for e-commerce, but through his efforts it’s now ready to roll out for political campaign and non-profit fundraising, and influencer advocacy.

Previously, Ken was recruited by Donald J. Trump for President Campaign to run field operations for Florida. As Director he developed and helped implement the statewide field plan, and in March of 2016 the campaign won 66 of 67 counties.

Ken has held multiple leadership roles in both state and national projects ranging from National Director of Coalitions for the Convention of States Project and Project Coordinator for the Coalition for a Prosperous America. He was recruited by COS to set up their coalition effort while working with 34 state coalition directors, handling volunteer related issues in state field operations and mentoring the regional grassroots directors.

Previous to COS the Coalition for a Prosperous America (a national trade organization made up of domestic manufacturers, farmers and labor groups) recruited Ken to organize and coordinate grassroots organizations across the country in an effort to defeat the Trans Pacific Partnership agreement. Approximately 100 organizations and approximately 1,000 people signed on to the effort. Three leaders were chosen to join in CPA lobbying efforts in DC.

Ken has also worked as Florida’s State Director and Director of Field Operations for two national organizations: American Majority and Americans for Prosperity). With 18 offices throughout Florida, Ken directed the activities of 17 full- time field coordinators and hundreds of volunteers that resulted in numerous bus rallies, speaking engagements by nationally known speakers and over 19 million phone calls and 100,000 homes being touched through neighborhood canvassing.

Ken served in the US Navy from 1970 to 1974 as a Communications Specialist before obtaining his undergraduate degree in Biblical and Theological Studies. He holds a Master’s degree in Law and was certified  in 1985 by the National Republican Congressional Campaign Academy, an intense full-time three-month training program sponsored by the NRCC.

Ken presently serves as Vice-President of Operations for The America Project.

Joseph Flynn Bio

Joseph Flynn is a serial Healthcare IT entrepreneur. He is also the youngest of Lt Gen ( R ) Michael Flynn’s eight children. For the past several years Joe has been co-trustee and official spokesperson for the Mike Flynn Legal Defense Fund, which he co-founded with his sister Barbara. Joe is also President of The America Project.

For the past 20 years, Mr. Flynn has served as founder and CEO of two Southern California-based successful Healthcare IT Services startups. He brought one of those companies, Auxilio (AUXO), from zero revenue to a NYSE listing in Jan 2017. The second company, Vereco, Inc., he successfully sold to a NY based private equity group in November 2018.

Flynn is the current CEO of Global Telehealth Services, a Cleveland Ohio-based tele-health startup, which he joined in July 2020. He is also on the Board of two other technology-related startups.

Prior to his healthcare IT career, he spent 10 years in the International Exhibition Industry where he managed and acquired numerous large technology trade shows, particularly in Latin America and Spain.

Joe is a 1987 graduate of the Catholic University of America with a BA in International Relations. He is fluent in Spanish and has working knowledge of Portuguese and French. After 21 years in Orange County, CA, Joe and his wife Valerie recently relocated to Sarasota County, FL. The couple has two adult daughters.

January 20 Update: Following up on Angel Harrelson’s talk at Manatee Patriots January 4 Meeting

On January 17, Angel Harrelson, wife of January 6 prisoner Ken Harrelson, posted on the new torment Ken is enduring:

"My husband, Kenneth T Harrelson has been denied all communications to his attorney and to myself (HIS WIFE) and he does NOT have any blanket or pillow to keep him warm, this is a VIOLATION of HIS RIGHTS!

“The Corrections Officer stated that he was going to "Medical Unit 82 for quarantine" because he has "shingles", SHINGLES IS NOT CONTAGIOUS!

…I have not heard from my husband in a few days and if something happens to him, I am holding you the marshals fully responsible for his well being!”

When she spoke to our group on January 4 of this year, Angel gave us several actions we can take to help the January 6 prisoners and their families. Please do them—check out this updated list!

1.  Pray the prayers Angel lists on GiveSendGo including this one: “Please pray for the truth to be told and ask God to put the fear into Satan to keep him away from our family.” See the rest on the "Giving" page on our website here:

2.  Go to for lots of info and actions: read about the prisoners, and their families. There you can donate to any of the prisoners’ GiveSendGo

3.  Write letters to the prisoners. Go to Then click on Connect with a 1/6er and you’ll see an address where you can write to one or to each one (of the MANY still held prisoner!)

4.  WEEKLY, write Angel’s Congressman, Bill Posey, and Gov DeSantis. Tell them to ACT NOW to free the January 6 prisoners. DeSantis:
Put it in your calendar to do weekly! Best way for us to contact Posey is a stamped and mailed letter: Congressman Bill Posey, 2150 Rayburn HOB, Washington, DC 20515. Here is a sample message:

Dear Governor DeSantis,

Act now to free the American citizens being unconstitutionally held in prison for being in the Capitol January 6 2021. We are counting on you to do all you can starting today to free these citizens, many of whom are veterans.

5.  If you haven’t already, watch and share Newsmax’s  documentary, “Day of Outrage.” This is a well-done, fact-based video about January 6 and the government’s tyrannical response. You can get Newsmax TV free on Roku. For information on “Day of Outrage” documentary:
